When working on a web page design, we like to gain an understanding of our clients specific needs and goals as well as define the site's target audience, message and overall appeal. Once we have an understanding of what our client is looking for, we can begin to lay the groundwork for what will eventually become a unique and satisfying experience for the end user.

We begin this process by interviewing our clients, gathering any existing collateral such as current marketing materials and graphic images and researching potential competitor's sites to learn from their successes and to avoid following their mistakes.

If a client already has a web presence and is looking to perform a re-design, we begin by evaluating their current site and identifying which features are successfully attracting users and which need to be revised or even removed completely.
